When ever i turn it on i can hear the intro, but all i can see are about 100 white dots flying across the screen. (purple when on hd)
Anyone ever had this happen? If it something with the A/V cabel? Internal harddrive problem? Or is the video card loose or some shit?

I doubt that it is your cables but it is a possibilty. From what I have read it seems your problem is hardware related. Hopefully you are still under warranty. Best advice I can give you is to call Microsoft.
