I guess you are saying they caught on(even after you pee in cup they will usually send it to a lab and they probably can tell pretty quick that it is not real). up here you pee in the cup and even if it passes that first step they send it in to lab just to be sure because of how many synthetics and maskers there are out there. Sorry to hear that, this is why I am going without for a month and a half, just to be safe.

good luck and never give up, you will find something I am sure. careful in the manual labor job market(I do factory work) their insurance companies make a lot of them test now to keep their workman comp insurance cost down, this is also why more and more do randoms anymore, that the shit I really hate. Where my wife works do randoms(she does not smoke anymore because of this) but if you get caught you get a 6 week unpaid vacation and have to pass a test to get back in, second time you are gone.

Damn, that sucks. I have known some to work from the head shops, but I'm not surprised that it didn't work. Good luck on finding something else.

That sucks. I got a call center job through an agency that doesn't drug test. Actually they "reserve the right" to test you, but they never test anyone. I've showed up blazed to that job more times than not, blazed on breaks with co-workers, I even had a manager who grew weed and smoked us out on 4/20 last year during lunch.
It's probably because people higher up in the company like to smoke weed. I know for a fact people at my company (big building) are seen at local places like the 99 and shit at lunch having drinks. I have gotten drunk at lunch before at these places as well.

I've taken a piss test before, they let me walk into the bathroom and shut the door behind me.
They also gave me ample time to pee and there was no urinal in the bathroom.
There was also no mirror.

I'm fairly certain that is illegal unless there is a sign posted saying there is a camera in there, and even then idk if they could even then. 
Show me a law that says it isn't invasion of privacy, you smell like bacon so I figure you would know.

no shit. no way they had camera's in there
my guess is that they simply caught up and start testing for components that synthetic urine lack. I thought I would be OK for pre-employment tests.
