there are a few factories up here that you have to go through the temp place , but once your probationary time is up then you work for the company before that the temp agency pays you

Ya it's called temp to hire. My agency does that too but with the current state of the economy there this has pretty much been unheard of for the last 2 years or so since the economy went in the shitter. jewunit said:

ace bandage around the leg with the handwarmer works great. to keep it in place. microwave it for... 10-15 seconds first though, the warmer wont get it hot enough by itself. don't use more then one warmer or it might get *too* hott and they will be like wtf, why is your piss 101 degrees?
ive been doing this for like 3 years with jobs and probation.
