More power to ya, it certainly takes a strong willed individual to do what you're doing. I've had to before, and I didn't like it one bit. I've seen people quit their jobs to be able to smoke..

I have done that as well when a company I worked for decided to start randoms, but the one I am trying for does not have randoms and as long as you do not get hurt on the job the only time you have to do it is for pre employment

The company I own has drug testing for pot every friday before pay checks are handed out.
If there pot is bad I keep the checks.

Yeah I'm just not feeling happy go lucky right now. Mainly because my brother just totally denied smoking me up and you can guess who gets most of the free chunk from my harvests....
