OK, so I know people are going to argue this but MG contains a form of N that is supposed to be used the 2nd year of soil use. It is an insoluble form that slowly converts. MJ soil grow are just long enough and usually rich enough in microbes to convert some of it and use it up. Due to this, when the MJ reachs mid-late flowering it starts consuming this converted form which really bad affects the plant. All your leaf inwards cooling was your pH most likely. Also, leech out your soil, you could have some salt build ups, it will only do you good in the end.

whats the pH of your run-off?
11 weeks with tap water will build-up salts and mess with your pH (heavily alkaline) as plants grow they also make soil more alkaline the problem with MG moisture control is that you won't be able to flush the gel in the soil, it will stay at the wrong pH & salt level for a while
leech with RO'd water, and from now on correct your pH to 6 before you water and don't use moisture retention soil anymore

if you can, after the leech, when you need to water again, use water (balanced to 6) then add humic acid & fulvic acid (1-2ml each per gallon) for 2 waterings
that should help your plant perk up

no, they don't come in the same bottle
i use "fulvex" for fulvic = $10 and "diamond black" for humic = $12
you should really consider finding a way to water your planted with RO'd water, they love it

it has uber low ppm. and no salt!
i only have a couple plants, so i got 2x 5 gallon water jugs and take them to safeway or lucky to the water machine out front they are RO machines that also use multiple carbon filters $1.75 for 5 gallons

Sorry I dropped without saying the progress, That plants I can't say improved because I look at a lot of it as scar tissue, but I think it stopped in it's tracks. I was able to get 6 gallons of RO water, and started checking the PH exactly of my water and feeding solution.
It was weird, I would start with a 1 gallon of RO water, add feeding regiment of big bloom and tiger bloom, and the PH would be 5 - 5.5. So I'm not sure if that was safe or not but I started using the PH up to 6.5. But yeah the buds are actually starting to thicken up, and get a lot more frosty. There is a bit of bad news, I have a couple seeds. I only seen maybe 2-3 but it still sucks seeing them. I'm not experienced enough to tell if it's a hermie or if I polinated it with some bud I may have been smoking on.
