It looks, to my untrained eye, to be too early to tell. That pre-flower looks rather pointy and I think it could throw off a couple of pistils, yet.
But, don't listen to me. I've only ever seen a mj plant show sex a handful of times. DoPeYsMuRf sounds confident and I'm sure he's probably right.

Nah it is a little early to be completely sure, but my first suspicion was male too.
Give it a couple days, because I've literally had plants play switcheroo on me before...
