Need some advice

The plant in the first picture is having a problem with the tips of two of its lower leaves, the plant is otherwise healthy, you can see it in the 3rd pic, it's the biggest plant. This is my first grow so I'm not really sure but could that be from over watering? I had been watering once a day until I saw this.
Second picture shows another plant with little yellow specs on its leaves.. Once again, I'm not sure but could that be from spider mites?
Third picture shows my setup :rockon:

That yellowing is a lack of nirogen probably and if your media is perlite you really do not need to water daily, more like 2 to 3 days
