I been checking out a lot of the grow logs and I wonder 1 thing.
How are plants kept in veg stage when you got like 3 cfl's equaling to for example 150 watts And then I see them going in to a flowering room/Whatever you use with a 150 watt HPS?
Can someone explain for me please?

They switch ovefr to HPS because that has a more appropriate spectrum for flowering. While you could flower with the CFL's you wouldn't get near the yield that you would with a HPS.
