so i just found a stranger's empty bottles of oxy and morphine

can i legally get these refilled seeing as how its not my name on the bottle themselves???? or will i get caught up??

I've gotten family members' scripts filled before, but it was nothin even like that.  I wouldn't try it dude.  If you don't get caught, you'll be high for however long your tolerance lets you, and then it's repeat....not worth it

You have to sign your name on it, so I'm assuming you'll be able to get them for the time being. Just like how if someone steals your credit card, they use it and sign there name on the paper than guess what we can track them down.

They're not going to hand out these drugs to people who aren't the patient.  If you're getting your mom's antibiotic script filled, they wouldn't give a shit.  But a narcotic on the level of oxycodone isn't going to be glossed over.  Good luck trying to use a fake ID too, you do know any place that sells something with ID requirements all carry guides on how to spot fakes right?  Not to mention 98% of those fake ID's all have some sort of warning on them that they're fake.

You'd have better luck sitting outside a rehab or NA meeting then you would trying to fill those bottles.
