the best festival i ever been to was hempfest all the psychedelic you'd want all the smoke you want and some of the best peeps you will ever meet i think it started five years ago and each year it gets bigger and bigger any questions post back.

haven't been to many. but around here we have a reggae fest which is very smoke friendly and plenty of shit goin around. eeyoes bday is also good for smoking out
