yes to all of your questions
i dont like the dryer idea because when the dryer is on i would be afraid that the......wait......
it would actually create a suction if you did it properly so i guess it would work fine
but honestly dude 2 flouro tubes arent going to put out enough heat to singe your pubic hairs

having that van blowing overhead the plants with a a couple of vents would be fine..like you said the heat isnt the problem its just getting fresh air exchange
possibly looking in to a co2 setup would help you

to move enough air to use a carbon scrubber youre looking at a little cost there
but if its only like 1-2 plants then the smell isnt going to cause enough of a smell to be a problem anyway

but yea when you decide to get some real ventilation find me and ill throw you some answers in there
youll need to start looking at calculating your CFM(cubic ft per min.) and look at inline fans
