Hello growery! i am new to this site, although i have been a long time member of shroomery.
First off, i live in california and have a medical marijuana card, so i am doing nothing illegal. I have decided to start an outdoor grow for about 7 plants.
The clinics in my area's have clones for sale, should i take advantage of this or should i just purchase seeds?
Is there anything special i have to do for outdoor grows? I basically know i have to buy the clones, plant them into bigger pots with fertilizer and other nutrients, water it when the top of the soil starts to dry out. then wait and care for it until it starts flowering.
anyone have any tips for a first time grower?

Buy the clones. You'll be able to get started quicker.
I always judge when to water based on the weight of the container. Feel it when it's freshly watered and then ever 3 days or so check it.
As far as outdoor grows go I don't have any experience doing that. so good luck!!
