So, I get sleep paralysis very often because of the xanax I take very often.
It happened again when I dozed off in school today so I googled "xanax sleep paralysis" and it came up as a suggestion before I was done and it's pretty common.
It's kind of cool once it ends and is not happening, but not hell when it's happening.
I before had a trippy sleep paralysis but these xanax ones seem slightly different perception wise but almost the same physical sensation.
If you never heard of sleep paralysis, look it up it's pretty fascinating.
Anyway, what should I do with this opportunity to know I am going to experience it soon?
Document it? Use it for meditation? Eat a self transforming machine elf?  I COULDA HAD A V-8!

Sleep paralysis fucking sucks.
I used to get it a lot, when I was prescribed muscle relaxers and barbiturates.
Hated that shit.

I believe you are more faded than experiencing sleep paralysis...
If you wish to prevent it, then do not sleep on your back and a fan blowing on your head while you sleep helps.
I would get this every night for years and hated it. Haven't much had it since my first ego death experience though. I believe it is nerves/stress/ and giving a shit in general, relax 
only ever happened to me once, I woke up and i couldn't move and there was a shadowy figure of a mexican guy in the room for a second that really scared the shit out of me. I tried to yell but couldn't, couldn't move or anything and then i just barely moved my finger and i snapped out of it.
No benzos or anything like that involved.

lol, well at the time i had just moved into a new apartment with this chick and her fiance, (i fucked the chick a couple times lol) and it was a predominantly mexican apartment complex so maybe that had something to do with it.
