so im tryin to upgrade my phone
so i go and exchange my phone for 1 in the store
come home and then try to activate my phone online
then it says
"oops"
virgin mobile website literally said oops
then told me to call a # for customer service
but I CANT FUCKING CALL UNTIL THEY ACTIVATE MY PHONE
