Here are my plants, about 2 weeks in or so.
2 of them have leaves that are dying, is that normal?
I water them when the soil seems dry (every few days)
   
Any advice?

Looks like they are in need of a nute feeding, they deff look low on nitrogen.
Do you have nutes? what kind? Id give em a good feeding with 1/4 strength nutes.

I have Miracle Gro All Purpose, will that do?
Or should I go out and buy something just for Nitrogen?

I kno I say it alot but I stand by what works, look into General Hydroponics Floranova line, you can simply get by with just the floranova grow and floranova bloom. Thats about as easy as it gets, one for grow one for bloom. There priced fair and are worth the money. BTW they can be used in every medium from soil to full hydro/aero
Be advised if using aero, that stuff is THHIICCKK it will clog your stuff. Other than that its like steroids.

I like Using FoxFarm get Big Bloom for Vegatation.
For Flowering I have begun to really like to use Pure Blend Pro
OR
For Flowering you could also use FoxFarm's Tiger Bloom
