Holy shit. I made it about 30 min in on the p90x yoga dvd and it's really tearing me up.
Talk about a cardio workout. I'm sweating balls.
Taking a break and gunna try to finish the last hour.
Start exercising you fat bastards!

i don't think you should be doing Yoga for the first time with some DVD!
either way, if you ever feel like trying it again the most important thing is not to make excessive effort 
if you're getting too worked up you have to stop then most likely you're not doing it right and it might not be too beneficial.
i highly recommend Yoga to anyone, it's amazing! but you have to take the time, effort and willingness to get to know your self.

I watched a show about the buddah the other night. They spent some time talking about yoga. It peaked my interest to start trying it out. not the p90x style, but the traditional style i suppose. there's a lot to learn though.
