5 Parts Sphagnum peat moss
3 parts perlite
1 part worm castings
1 part Scotts manure and humus
Dolomite lime 1cup per cubic fee
Seems good to me just wondering about the Scott's stuff,
and the dolomite lime isn't powder.

my stolen recipe calls for 2 parts worm castings, or compost, but if I just se castings then there is no humate for buffering Ph. please correct me if in wrong I'm new to soil, started out hydro as kind of a crash course and realized now how much cheaper,
easily obtainable the materials.
I kinda stole the mixture from ic mag it calls for that amount of limep

I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Your pH should be ok as long as you don't go too nuts on the nutes.

Well I made the mixture and transplanted in it to test yesterday hopefully all is well
Ph of the medium itself was good but. this Scotts stuff says its comprised of different composts, I think it's fine.
