question on fish emulsions

so i started my own emulsions about a month ago. i chopped up a few fish and put them in a bucket of water mixed with molasses and let them soak a few weeks, stirring occasionally. i took the scraps out at this point the liquid is a brownish color and smells horrible. is this still ok to put on my plants if i aerate and dilute it? or has it gone bad?
