However, you're completely wrong if you say that a college degree isn't educated that's EXACTLY what the word education means; formal learning from an institute of EDUCATION. I don't know how you can possibly argue that Granted, not everybody who's educated is intelligent, and there are plenty of non-intelligent people with college degrees, but by the very definition of the word they are ALL educated. That's the ONLY definition of the word
