Judging by the way the anon forum at the Shroomery developed, and the amount of pro-active management that has become necessary to make it a place good for anything outside of trolling/BS, I don't think we need that type of thing over here right now. Anonymous posting in general, may be a good addition for our cultivation forums; but not as a stand alone forum for only anon posting. There are other places on the web for that, this ain't one.
