Wow, that was a very through look at pH...it even had a lot of science references to what pH actually is. It shows everything! Definitely got to take some time to read that huge document. :eek:

Good stuff. I really like the cross-section of the soil: that was very helpful on where to stick my probe.

Also that chart comparing soil vs. hydroponics with nutrient availability was interesting. Seems like Hydro is all over the place, while soil seems much more balanced and consistent with its nutrient uptake availability. Makes growing in hydro seem a lot more tricky.

This document should be sticked in "Cultivation" forum, but it may be a little complicated for the average user. Maybe some editing for simplicity may be in order.

very interesting read although I wish he would have discussed perlite a bit more.  How the fuck am I supposed to pH test perlite lol.
