Alright Ladys and Gents, Heres the issue
Ive got 10 plants vegging under a 24 hour light cycle under a 300 watt light and Ive got to move becuase ive lost the place, Ive got someone willing to take them, but they can only put them in there backyard out in direct sunlight, will they survive?

I take it your just moving the pots and not transplanting ?
Should be fine either way though IMO
Ill let some of the more experienced guys chime in though

You can do this, but you should work them into the sun slowly.
By this I mean just don't throw them out there all day at first, start with a couple hours a few days and increase a little each day for a week or so until finally they can handle the full days of sunlight.

and also quite possibly going from 24 hr indoors to less light outdoors, may trigger flowering in your plants. More then likely

i assume you already thought about what part of the growing season it is where you live? if your in the northern hemisphere you might still have a frost or two before they will be safe outside. southern you might be running short on time to finish flowering. other then that do what stoney.69 said.
