Ok im trying to get together information so I can go to the store on friday and start getting supplies for my first grow.
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5650616&findingMethod=rr
I saw these on the wal-mart site, are they decent for growing or look decent? Would I need like 3 of these or what? I only plan on growing 2-3 plants at a time

What would be good for a small grow, but not bust my budget balls? Tryin to keep the whole thing under 60-75 bucks w/o seeds.

It's good to see you getting more involved in the cult section!

Here's a 150w HID for 78$. that should work really well. Much better than CFL's that's for sure. I can't attest to the quality of that particular product but i do have a couple of sun system reflectors that work great.

na, that would be your flowering light. idk if they make MH bulbs for 150watts or if an MH bulb would even fit that unit.

I just saw this page, and this looks like its pretty cheap too. I was just recommended fluorescent by a member of the forums earlier. :]

Go with the HID if you can afford the 80 bucks. You will be way happier with the results.
