I was in a car accident a few years back that almost cost me my life, but was pretty fortunate considering..
I knew I hurt my back but fortunately the symptoms were fairly mild...A little tingling in the leg, pain here and there in the leg/arm on my left side...But now my lower back is killing me..
It feels like I can feel the vertabrae rubbing together. Its causing my entire leg to hurt, my arm even more..My arm gets numb and goes to sleep vere easy..
I don't know if there is any particular way to ingest cannabis or a type that you recommend for this because its miserable and I refuse to take narcotic pain killers for it.
If there is anything else you can suggest I would appreciate it, thanks.

I have an appointment setup to have it looked at and then I'll get the MRI's and all that jazz
They're going to have to suck it up and give me some drugs I can't handle this shit

Well your arm tingling probably isnt related. But yes get it looked at. Sometimes sleeping with a pillow between your legs can help.
