 Does anyone use b-1 when cloning?

I have some root tech but just bought some red thrive alive b-1 because I heard it was supposed to be used to stimulate roots better.
I'm having a hard time finding the right ration for like a cloning machine solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ahh, I just found this but I still have questions.

It says to soak the rock-wool in the solution but do I also use the solution to keep them wet?
This may be a really stupid question lol.

I only use the cloning gel when cloning, as soon as roots come through the peat pellet and I transplant, that's when I use the thrive alive. It's good stuff, I got a sample bottle of it and I've liked it so far
