I'm an alcoholic and currently trying to get through my first day/night without the juice.. but there's a half gallon of Puerto Rican rum calling me from the kicthen. Haven't smoked any bud in 3 days either.

This shit sucks :frown:
addictions suck

I'm thoroughly addicted and before now I don't even remember a day in the last 3 years (last time I was in jail) that I haven't smoked. I don't really like having any vices or the fact that something is out of my control. I want to remember how to fully experience life without being wasted 24/7. I haven't felt too comfortable in my own mindspace lately and there's some shit I need to work out. Weed makes me too comfortable and content to not change anything in my life. It'll always be a part of me.. but I need to find a way of life that isn't entirely dependent on drugs. Plus I ran out and I'm pretty broke

The not being able to sleep and lack of appetite is pretty gay. Hopefully it passes soon enough. I've eaten a small bowl of cereal, a bowl of ramen noodles, and a few chips and dip so far today and it's a bit past 2am now. I already have poor enough nutrition as it is. Some one give me nugs for my health plz? :awesome:

I don't know, it really just started with the alcohol because I actually have a problem with it but then I ran out of bud and  figured I might as well deprive my body of everything it artificially craves. Test my own power of will and whatnot.

It's getting kinda late though.. maybe I should just cut it down to drinking only at night? I think I might go crack open that rum.. pretty retarded to buy a handle the day before you try to give it a break, eh?

Never been a fan of benzos. Granted I never ate a shitload, but I don't feel shit from 4mg xanax unless I drink a good bit with it lol. But yeah melatonin is definitely worth a shot. I was also thinking about some tea blends.. that would be nice.

I totally cracked by the way..

About to head back to the kitchen for my second helping of rum  :picard:
