I think that's a fine deal
You get bulbs for veggin and one for flowering...A hood...The ballast looks nice as well
Edit: But I would look in to a nice hood at some point those are extremely inefficient.

Cool thanks for your input. As far as a hood goes what should I look for? I am assuming your talking about the reflector that houses the socket and bulb correct me if I am wrong. So umbrella hoods are not to great?

I prefer a hood that can be exhausted, like a cool tube.

Any hoods with a white matte finish will be best for reflection purposes...All of those metal hoods create hot spots and they are just a pain in the ass.

I use a metal reflector and I havent had any problems with hot spots.
