Damn I'd love to attend the Cannabis Cup so bad. I have for many years now actually. It's too bad that it seems like Amsterdam has passed its prime though, shrooms are illegal now, weed is more restricted.
Oh well, it'd still be a hell of a time though. Enjoy!

Hostels are you best bet for a cheap place to stay.

I go to the cup almost every year. I stay with friends though and have some pretty good connections with people that are in the seed business so I get some pretty good deals.
My only problem with the cup is that your average club in Cali has better bud then the stuff that wins the cup. (That is not a joke the Amsterdam genetics are not even coming close to ours right now)

Don't Americans bring their stuff from the clubs over to be entered? If they're so obviously better then why don't they always win it? Cannabis Cup politics? I've read about how Barney and Arjan bribe the judges with tons of free shit.

The wax museum and the flower place are pretty awesome as well. Just walking around the canals and going out to the fields is pretty awesome too.
