Warmer weather out here is a death sentence.
Summers of 120 are not anything to look forward to.
And with indoor grows, who needs it.

I wish it could just be 55 to 85 year round.
But I truly hate the freezing ass cold.

That's why you need both summer and winter homes, preferably on islands somewhere away from government drug laws.
