i wouldn't say long runs but i do enjoy a good sprint after firing up a bowl of sativa.

Never by choice, I once ran about a mile Really stoned because a freind called me and said my car was being towed. He was by my car laughing when I got there.

the only place i run to after I smoke a bowl is to the fridge, the couch, or my bed. If i want to move fast while stoned I use my car 
Then again, I don't run while I'm sober either. So maybe that explains it (and my fat gut :P)

^me too. but that's gonna change in 2010. aside from my relapse's friday and yesterday. today going forward. gotta start eating less junk and exercising more. right after i finish off this box of twinkies.

Yah, i really want to buy an exercise bike, definitely buying a nice bike when the weather turns so I can take advantage of my towns awesome bike trails.

You guys can definitely do it. I am now on day 4 of my whole fitness kick and its going great
I took yesterday off to purge on calories and to give my muscles some time to rebuild/recover but I am going to be back in the gym in a couple hours

i run 100x better when i smoke before and i feel so good. especially early in the morning, makes my day.

fasting every other day is very good for you from what ive read or you could go the way of Buddhist monks and not eat after noon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fasting#Therapeutic_fasting
or just do alot of speed

I don't run much, but I LOVE road and mountain biking while high. Makes for a much more enjoyable experience. It also prevents me from having an exercise-induced asthma attack

I like biking or lifting weights when stoned. Don't go quite as fast but its more fun and I feel more motivated.
