yeah, includes 2 bulbs.
and what im thinking is building a frame to either hold 2 or 3 ballasts. each having 2 bulbs.
but the bulbs are crazy low wattage, and they dont have higher output bulbs. im sure i can find them somewhere...
just want to make sure if i wire this whole system up, that i can interchange with bulbs that suit me, as long as i stay in the t5-t12 range...???
right now im vegging under a 4ooh, and ive got 10" bushes that are 12" around. im diggin. but i need somethin fo clones and a steady mum

Well, I can't say for sure that a ballast designed for a 15 watt bulb is going to be able to juice a bulb that's 29 watts.

coda, when you plugged the black and white wires into the adapter, which color goes with the wider prong?

I'll have to look, but I can say this: If you set it up, plug it in, and blow a fuse, reverse the wires
