Sorry, still getting used to this forum, that was in regards to having my Myspace link on here. Yes, I am really a chick. I have been letting the buds dry out and tried to remove most of the mold. I was going to cook with it anyway so I may as well go with the original plan. I may keep a selected amount aside to smoke as an expirament because clearly it's very up-in-the-air as to whether or not it is really going to do harm.

i wouldn't be paranoid about people fucking with my-space, like who gives a fuck about myspace. i think its a bad idea because your exposing yourself as a grower by saying "i grow my own herb" with a link to your personal profile and matching profile pictures blah blah. don't lose any sleep over it though, not trying to scare you lol just be careful what you put out there.

Hey! Belated welcome to the Growery!
I know its been said, but maybe one more vote will sway you: don't smoke moldy buds. Especially if you're a grower. There are more on the way, and you can definitely cook or do hash extractions with what you have.

here's a tip for everyone, if you're going to pass advice off on someone have it be from personal experience or a reliable source. i read it somewhere doesn't cut it. integra21 made hash out of his moldy bud and it turned out nice.

Ok, being an old school kinda guy, I also would not recommend smoking moldy herb. Just like i would not eat a moldy apple! I also remember this debate back in the old HT days and can remember reading that it was potentially dangerous to smoke moldy weed. Molds come in various types, some good and some really deadly. Depending on the mold growing on your buds will determine the outcome.
I just did a butt load of reading after a Google search of "smoking moldy cannabis" and the general consensus seems to be against smoking anything moldy.
Also the Shroomery may be a better place for answers on mold/fungus.

Well, the Myspace thing I'm not worried about. I have never had accurate personal information on it and I don't grow anything at my residence. I'm really not worried about it. Thanks to all for the advice. I appreciate it greatly, seems to be a bit of both but I have heard a majority of people recommend NOT smoking it. Do you think cooking with it would still be okay?
