For the past 45 minutes I've been trying to find a way to make some stem tea, but apparently it won't work due to THC's fat/alcohol only soluble nature. On the other hand many people are reporting that they're brewing stems in a tea with great effect. What's the deal people, does it work or not, and if so how the hell do you do it properly?

It's not a war on drugs, it's a war on personal freedom.
I've heard of stem tea before, but I've never had personal experience with it. I'm sure if you simmered the stems with milk first, the THC would bind to the fat molecules pretty readily.
I did a little search and found no recipe on doing it. You should probably do some research on THC decarboxylation and just wing it. Also, you should assume that stems have only trace amounts of THC before you go about cooking with it.
