Welcome to the Growery!
And yes you can still clone a plant after it starts flowering!

I am currently attempting to clone my best plant! The strain is crystal, I took 3 cuttings and have them sitting in water. I'm going to get some rooting hormone when I wake up today. what are the usual chances of a clone being viable if it was already flowering?
