Today, my gf's dog died; a pretty tragic death might I add.
She was mauled by a coyote and found dead in the house. My gf had just moved out yesterday to her new house about 35 min. away. She's a pretty emotional person and was devastated about the news. She wanted me to come over to comfort her, but I'd have to drive a considerable distance (~40 miles). Now, I love her, but since I'm currently living at home with my parents and I don't have a car, I couldn't use a car until a couple minutes ago when my dad got back.
Well, my gf just called me and asked me to come but I don't really want to waste about an hour to drive there and back. But I could sleep over at her place. She was kind of disappointed and sounded really upset by the end of the conversation because I kind of complained about the drive and I didn't sound too enthusiastic to go, but I feel really bad and I kind of want to be there for her.
Now here is where you guys come in.
If you guys were in my position, would you go or no?
Based on the poll results, I will either go or not go.
