Update so I just got done at a hand doctor and the verdict is that I broke my joint in my finger. And the only way to fix it is to put pins in it. He said that it is going to take a lot of rehab before its back to normal if it ever is back to normal. And that pisses me off cuz I play guitar and my left hand is the one I use to form notes. Wish me luck with surgery tomorrow morning.

did the charges stick? also you ONLY have to be read your miranda rights if they are to question you or if they will be using something you said in court. now heres your argument i dont see that you were charged with resisting arrest soooo why did the officer have to use such excessive force to break your fkin hand to arrest someone that wasnt putting up a fight, you need to contact a street lawyer asap. police departments are more likely to settle out of court as well because the media loves police brutality and they just give you taxpayer money... at worst the officer that did this will get 2 wks paid leave and the taxpayers will pay that too....

so looking at the xray i can hardly see the break. Is that it bottom of the knuckle where the to pins kinda meet on the right? (bottom xray)

Ha ha you cant see the break cuz the doc did his job. lol. It was broken above the pins actually in a jagged line by the disk. But the part that you are seeing is from the break it pushed that bone out.

You need to be read them if your arrested. Look it up.

I got arrested last night, and the cop tried doing that finger bullshit they must have done to you.
Except I was much bigger than he was, so it didn't really matter.

Dude I was pretty much asking for it, me and two people "A" and "B" left this party and 3 cops were waiting around the corner. Instead of high-tailing it back to the house, we just took one for the team.
They gave "A" a DUI and "B" and I were stranded in Hunington Beach until 7AM. No charges or anything for me, I'm waiting to see what happened to "A".
Fun night that ended so horribly.  Hows the finger?
