Mine would have to be when i was leaning against a glass window pane and it broke and i fell 2 stories, breaking me leg,hip,rib,arm and not to mention all the cuts from the glass.

Im going to have to go with
when I broke my collar bone and it set I had a pinched nerve. I had to wait 6 months for the bone to heal so they could drill into it and kill the nerve

all of my pain has been fairly managable so I can't say much.
I guess my back hurts sometimes fairly badly.
Oh when I tore my deltoid in highschool that hurt.
when I was in elementary school I biked down this like 2 story high dirt hill at a construction site and hit a bump at the end and flipped over my handlebars and my bike ended up hitting me in the back and my neck was fucked... that was painful but I don't remember well enough to compare.
koons hasn't experienced truely agonizing pain me thinks.

Also I've had migraines that rivaled the burn I mentioned. They will drive you absolutely insane. I couldn't handle one of them as long as the burn burned.
I've had some bad cuts, breaks etc.. Not as much at once as HAF though and the memory of their pain isn't nearly as bad as the burn and migraines.

My car accident but I don't really remember it...But I was supposedly in a lot of pain. And my knee was probably the worst that I remember. SOB that shit hurt.

well i got a story for this one...Im a lil unlucky
When i was 10 i went hiking with my brother and dad over night in the wilderness for 3 days. We hiked so high that my eardrum ruptured. That was gnarly pain that lasted almost 3 weeks. I put that below

I was in the middle of a test at school (btw im only 21 and getting stones) and i thought i just had to take a fat shit lol, but as time went on I could barely walk out of the class in the test. i didnt really knowwhat was going on, so when i went to the doctor at school i just said my back was hurting really bad. but they just stuck me in room without talking ot me for 2 hours. So i got up and left to go home. So i didnt even have pain killers. this pain was extreme
and my last story lol is when I was really into BMX I broke my sternum. wasnt too bad, and i didnt know i could even break that. I just went on doing wat ev and then bam i had this huge bump on my chest. gnarles charles

Yea!! I forgot about that. Fucking went to the E.R. because it felt like something was about to blow out of me, and they just kept saying wait your turn...3 HOURS LATER I get called in, and by then I had peed and it was gone. I was so pissed off. Fortunately I was drunk/high to numb the pain just a tad. Those do suck.

Ouch. That had to be about as bad as me blasting mine. Second degree burns are the most painful for sure. The parts of my hand where all of the skin was blown off didn't hurt near as bad as where it remained in a burned state.
Yours reminded me of the the last time I ever had to be told "don't touch" "hot". I was very little and grabbed a glowing exhaust pipe because it looked neat. I learned. lol

when i broke my collarbone and dislocated my shoulder at the same time.. and the doctor had to jam the shoulder back into place right into the broken clavicle.. 
haha as soon as i got into the er and the doctor was looking at me he slipped an oc40 into my mouth before he had to put it back into place  i truly legitimatly needed it tho

Been there too a couple of times. I don't know about nerve damage but I did have infection from a tooth spread in my head when antibiotics failed. Ended up going a little crazy and hiding in the woods from family and friends that were trying to get me to a hospital. Such fun. lol

Only one side of my face swole on each occasion. Out about 2 or 3 inches though and from my neck to ear. That was bad enough for me. I don't wish that or worse on anyone. Well at least not many.

I broke my wrist in two place fifteen minutes apart... that sucked asshole. was playing football and got injured, went home on the bike and as a dumb ass i used the hand to get off my bike cuz i kinda fell over instead of trying the elbow, and it snapped again. Had to have 2 pins and a cast, didnt go to the doctor for 3 weeks "abusive parents" didnt think anything was wrong with it till i could not hold it beneath my chest due to the pressure.

i broke a finger when i was in second grade playing football. and the nurse at school, and my mom were all like 'oh, hes faking. your fine. here, heres an advil' for like 3 days, and i just kept complaining.
then i went to the doctor and he confirmed i had indeed broken my finger.

I broke my wrist in junior high from some obese person falling on it when trying to break up one of my fights. That kinda sucked I think it was also dislocated or soemthing it still pops out of place or shifts every so often (fairly frequently)

Hmmm...anyone ever use one of those ice choppers? Unless you live up north, prolly not. Its like a big metal pole with a square on the end. Its fucking HEAVY. Well, I was chopping up ice in my drive way and I hit my foot with it. I broke all 5 of my toes in one blow. Holy shit that hurt.
I've broken other bones, but that had to have been the worst.

Sorry to open an old thread, but I believe this is relevant.
I regularly get big time migraines. I lose vision for 30 minutes before the headache starts, lose feeling in parts of my face or hands, and usually throw up multiple times when I get one.
I've had MRIs, seen neurologists, dietitians, tons of doctors, chiropractors, and the rest and nobody can give me a decent answer as to how to fix them. I actually have an open prescription for vicodin (which I don't abuse) for the headaches.
In absolute honesty, when I smoke when a migraine is coming on, it takes care of the headache almost completely. The pain is almost nothing and I don't throw up all day.
So pot is more effective for me than all of the work that doctors and prescription narcotics can do.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Used to aggressive skate, (I was going pretty fast) smashed the right side of my face on a pole b/c some retard just jumped out in front of me so I jumped to the side to avoid running into him and I tripped over some loose rock and slammed my head against a pole. Lost hearing in my right ear, broke my right cheek and right eye socket.

Got my right ring finger chopped off in a accident.
Was just a little out of control once and got tazered by the cops 10 times.
Was racing in Hollister Ca and broke a sholder blade. Tried to get back on the bike and ride the rest of the way down the hill wiped out again and broke the other sholder blade. Classic stupidity.
