I think there should be a third rating that is only for people to leave feedback on members that they have met in person. This way it would kinda give people an idea on if someone is legit to meet in person and if they are pretty cool or a total douche bag in real life.

That's kinda what the general ratings are for, no? It's why you can leave extensive comments. If someone is a cool cat, say so! Tell 'em that you guys spent some time together, had a few laughs, lookin' forward to next time. Anyone reading through ratings later on will get the idea... to have a third set of ratings would seem to complicate and confuse matters more I think.
I have left many ratings for people I have met online, explaining that they are good people!
The numerical value for ratings is really secondary to the content posted within ratings.
