is there any way that i can erase all of my greamlins on that little pull down screen and start a new chart.....because half of them i dont use all the time and there are ones that i use way more frequently but have to go find them in the greamlin index thing, so it would be much easier if this is possible?

I have one of those but I live in Alabama and it doesn't really matter here. You know how you are supposed to be in shape to go on the beach well here in Alabama only the biggest guys get our beaches...The beaches on the river that is. It's pretty sad but a way of life.
I need a workout to lose my belly...But at the same time I don't really care.

I've started drinking more liquor- for my health!
You get a lot less calories downing a couple half an half mixed drinks than a 12 pack of beer.
Now I only drink beer once or twice a week at the mexican restaurant's happy hour. Mel you know you miss it
