So I got a reply back from none other than Owsley Stanley himself about possibly purchasing some of his jewelry and the prices he quoted me are freakin  astronomical
$18,000 for an owl pendant
$8000 for a hand cast grateful dead belt buckle
$750-1,400 for a foundry cast buckle
$6,500 for an enamel medallion
$7000 for some woodcuts
yeeeah so that's not happening any time soon.. or any time in the future for that matter.
somebody should have told the dude that jewelry shouldn't cost the same as multiple grams of LSD and he shouldn't expect the same kind of profits..
