In the lamplight the houses looked identical, grand façade after grand façade of pale gray with black windows, as if for all their monumentality they were nothing but wallpaper, black-and-white prints, two-dimensional murals similar in their deceptive insubstantiality to the gossamer buildings of New Age City. I was struck by the idea that Billy and I, to the extent we existed only in our imaginations, were just as shallow, just as superficial—and equally susceptible to being erased without a trace.

we are infants still. I think that place got the OG refugees. We seem to have gotten the OTD refugees for the time being. lol.

Ha! I considered deleting this, but to be fair, they have ALOT of information we don't yet so I will leave this up, but it will not be stickied  .
Aside from that.... Anyone *cough* furrowedbrow *cough* want to put together a tutorial thread like that? If you make it nice and pretty like theirs I will sticky it so we can have our very own. One thing I don't like about theirs is the fact that it is all DIY... There are other kinds of tutorials that are hard to locate on that site but with a bit of work we can make one to far exceed theirs.

You mean just create a thread like in my journal with a bunch of transposed stuff like the cannabis training thread i did? There are a few threads here that are pretty cool that members have created. Those would certainly be included. im game to do it. more ideas of what u have in mind??

HA! I've already considered that idea. I was looking at it more from the perspective of it being "content additions". The Growery simply lacks the content presently that, other, older sites have though I agree with Dr. Penquin, it could easily be better.

Just link to threads that have solid, tutorial style (flexible definition) content; like they did on ic. I would use a regular thread, not your journal though as it would be hard to find.
