They throw you in jail for anything anymore. I am sure that creation did no harm to anyone and i bet if given the chance, they'd prolly make restitution for the can's used in making it!

Hiya Anna. I hope things are going well for you and that you are enjoying your break from school.
Yeah, arresting the dude over that was a bit over the top I think. Hopefully the DA will give him a break and work out something like dropping the charges with payment of restitution. That would be fair enough imo. I got a laugh just seeing the pic. I would have died laughing if I had seen it while riding down the street. I've laughed at a lot of things that I've seen along that street over the years. I bet the cops were laughing when they arrested him. lol
