so I was just wondering how many people try making lavender butter in here? I made the butter and it turned out nice, you don't want to use too much dried lavender it can taste bad.. is what I read.
i've never tried cooking with lavander and never heard of lavender budder, but i have read that lavander is good with candy and baked goods (maybe thats where the budder comes into play). if you have recipes that'd be great! i just bought a lavander plant a week back and would use it for sure.
I am surprised more you guys have not heard of it, I tried searching but know one was talking about extracting the lavender itself to edible butter so I just started doing different stuff and hey, its yummy.
I have a goal, a flavor and to get it I need more time..
