you're going to want something a little less heavy to ease with aeration and drainage of the soil. I'd throw in some peat and perlite for sure

where i live the relative humidity is very low around 10% most of the time... so mabye all top soil would be a good choice for my environment?

No, relative humidity is pretty irrelevant in terms of soil variations like that. The top of your soil will dry out more with low RH, but topsoil is notoriously dense (and sometimes very clay-like) which will literally crush and asphyxiate the roots.
I would absolutely recommend at least some perlite, if not the sphagnum.

Every time I have used topsoil for outdoor gardens (not MJ- no way Jose), it usually has a fair amount of gravel in it. Its not that dense IMO.

Topsoil is a very generic term. Its only good for amending veg gardens and such IMO. I did use it in my poppy beds along with manure, compost, and sphagnum peat moss.

word. I used to work at Home Depot and the topsoil they  had there was fuckin' bullshit. However, if you live in the middle of america (nebraska, Missouri, Missisipi etc) then you could literally dig soil out of the ground and it will be great.

i was  just thinking of that nonsense you buy in bags, but yeah... REAL topsoil would be perfectly fine

But, you never no what you are going to get . I basically use it for filler. Thats it. I use a brand that I know has plenty of gravel.

As an experiment my neighbor grew to tomato plants in 5 gal buckets. One in the topsoil I use, and one in Miracle Grow moisture control. Not one tomato off the topsoil plant. The one in MGMC did outstanding. It yielded better than 50% of mine.

My boss bought a dump truck full of "topsoil". It was basically clay. Grass doesn't even like it . I'm glad honestly. My boss is a drunk asshole.

I wish I could get rain forest topsoil. Obviously this isn't particle/right, but I'd like to give it a go.

Anyway, like I was saying: filler.
