Denver has recieved over 6 inches of rainfall! It's been going off and on between snow and rain, but the climatological websites are saying over 6" of total precip so far. My parents have a house at about 9000 feet above sea level (in the mtns west of denver) and they called this morning to say they're rapidly approaching 5 feet of snow.....

my poor 63 year old padre can't even keep up with it using the snowblower

Yea that's pretty screwed up, hopefully the snow melts quick (not too quick or it'll be a mess)

it's already a mess in places that are low enough elevation for it to be just rain.

There's a lake about 2 feet deep in my driveway.

I was hoping some of you would pick up on the sarcasm of me calling a puddle a lake. The part about it being in my DRIVEWAY is the main clue
