i find it interesting watching things change. realizing that I am growing up along with friends and family I surround myself with.
people rushing by, take some time to stop and smell the buds. :ltdan:

Faster and faster every year that goes by. Strange phenomenon that is. I'm nearly 40 and I swear the first 20 years was 4 times as long as the past 18.

weed definately stimulates interesting thoughts my friend..

ever fantasize about living without society's burdens? like out in the woods, desert, wherever- the place is not important. Away from society is all that matters.

i liked this explanation.

when you 10, 5 years feels like a long ass time because 5 years is half the life you've experienced.

When your 30, 5 years does not seem like that long because its just 1/6 of your life.

when your 60 5 years is like 5 minuets because its only 1/12 of your life.

So that would be why as you get older it seems like life is just flying by.

That is about a good an explanation as I can imagine. It sure feels accurate to me. I'm enjoying getting older in a way though. A head full of memories while you are still making new ones is wonderful. The future is probably going to fly by until I have alzheimer's and forget it all. Damn.

Man, I tore the fish up today. Didn't catch a lot, but the ones I caught were pretty decent. Caught a few 5+ pound bass. Fishing when ur high is the shit. Nothing is better except for sex and smoking more weed when ur high. LOL

I also shot a cotton-mouth that was about 4-1/2 - 5' long. One of the biggest I've ever seen. I had some rat-shot loaded in my old 38 special and had the shoot it 4 times. Last time I'm buying that shit.

One time when I was hiking a trail up a mountain in Colorado (one of many 14,000+ foot mountains out that way) I noticed that every few minutes of hiking up, I'd turn around and the view was completely different than it had been the last time I looked...as though the scenery itself was changing as I walked...maybe time doesn't change its pace, rather, we change our place on the path, and our perspective changes with it.

Another good one.

That says the exact same thing as this other one though to me. It's all a matter of perspective. That is the point.
