That is pretty cool. I didn't know frogs ate mice. I always fed mine crickets. I wish I had known when I had it.

Nice idea. I've had tarantulas and scorpions. I never thought about feeding them under a black light. I imagine that to be wicked.

i had a few tarantulas as well....
watching them feed wasnt as fun as scorpions though....

Thats neat. I used to have an albino corn snake that I would feed live mice. First time I ever fed her a frozen mouse (thawed first  ) she up and died on me. No idea why. I went to check her out the next morning and her stomach was green and she was dead.

I doubt that it had anything to do with the mouse being prekilled. Strange. Sounds like maybe the mouse was contaminated or something. I had a ball python once that would not eat prekilled unless I used a stick to move the dead mouse around until it "caught" it. I think it was due to him being captured as an adult.

nice, i remember when I had my burmese python. I had to get jumbo rats to feed it, it was crazy. I had to break the necks of the rats and all that.Ive always wanted to get a caine toad, as they can grow to the size of a dinner plate and eats everything insight. dog food,rodents,other frogs,etc.
