I always cook with mids. It's a waste of heady buds to cook them, and shwag doesn't taste very good.

Sometimes I get some for free, like an 1/8th of shake and trimmings. It's still not as bad as the shwag I smoked as a kid though.

i made a batch with a half oz one time for my redneck friend CUZ HE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO DO ALL THAT SHIT HES GOT A FAMILY but in the end they turned out great, 6 peices.

one time my friends and i rolled an oz into 7g blunts and smoked them all at once in a small car. after a while it was painful but i was very high (from shwag mind you). tru hotbox. we werent swangin tho so...
