Exotic Meat

a friend came by earlier with some alligator meat saying he "jacked" it from the Exotic Meats store. he then said they are giving away free samples and asked if i wanted to go.

we get there and there are two Ali Babba guys dressed up like Mexicans trying to sell some meat.

off to the side they had some Bear (which was great), llama, and some Yak. it was all good.

as far as meats go, they had:

Kangaroo
Snake
Boar
Frog
Buffalo
Deer
Monkey (they really didn't have monkey but they did have a lot of random shit that i cant really remember)

either way, once they get back from picking up some bud we are gonna barb q some alligator.

Sweet, exotic meat is sweet. I've eaten rattle snake and crocodile. I've eaten buffalo, elk, deer etc, but I don't really consider those to be "exotic" meat.

we just ate some crocadile and alligator. must say the croc has much better flavor.
