that can help you get sleep any faster? or easily
sorry, got no weed nor booze only shiat diphenhydramine that I should not ingest that often; I don't want to wake up next to a bat-winged giant 16th century centipede hurling spitballs in my face at 3:00 AM
But listening to TMK's kinda mellow voice actually works

yeah I have an idea, get the fuck off your PC and go to bed
no caffeine after 2pm. dont sleep till noon. do something during the day, be tired by the end of the day

melatonin, take 1-2 an hour before you go to bed. Unless you live in one of the states that sell them as a 300 microgram dose only those are completely worthless. But with 3-6mg you will be set.
